When complete, the Sendero Verde development will encompass nearly an entire block in East Harlem, providing over 650 affordable housing solutions, community facility spaces for senior and youth programs, local arts, cultural and educational facilities. The development will be certified to Passive House standards to create a healthy indoor environment, while consuming a small fraction of energy. GEODesign was retained to provide geotechnical engineering solutions and construction support services for this 77,000 square foot multi-building project.
