PROJECT OVERVIEW

Organic Valley Creamery McMinnville, Oregon

FOUNDATIONS ON LIQUEFIABLE SOILS

The original creamery buildings, built around 1940, were severely damaged in a fire in 2021. The rebuilding process began almost immediately. The rebuild consists of various buildings and silos, totaling 35,000 square feet. As geotechnical consultants, we performed a subsurface investigation, provided pile recommendations, and provided construction services.
