Grace Benzi Promotion to Senior Staff Engineer

Grace joined GEODesign in July 2024, and since that time she has regularly demonstrated the ability to successfully take on responsibilities beyond those of a typical Staff Engineer and independently advance projects which she is working on. In particular, she has been taking on the forward-facing, lead role on a significant number of our VTrans projects. Her work has been marked by consistent high quality, sound judgment and technical acumen that reflects the scope of her new role.
