Fixing a 10 Foot Oops in a Ridgefield Washington Basement

A structural engineer previously designed an 18 foot basement, located in Ridgefield, Washington, for only 8 feet. We fixed it with a combination of helical piles, light weight cellular concrete fill, and a proper drainage system.
