Growing up on the coast of South Florida, Eric developed an affinity for the waterfront, which has translated into a passion for geotechnical and geostructural design of waterfront structures. In addition to his focus on waterfront and marine structures, he has a wide range of technical experience in geotechnical investigations, shallow and deep foundations, earth retaining structures, ground improvement, slope stability, underpinning, and complex support of excavation (SOE) systems.
Eric is also the lead of GEODesign’s New York City office.
Above ground: Eric spends much of his free time practicing the guitar, fishing, or just getting out on the boat when the weather is nice. He also serves on the board of directors of a student-run college radio station, which he spent 5 years working for during his undergraduate and graduate studies.
