- Making our rock slope remediation experience along railroad properties available to the client during the review of the contractor’s submittals to ensure that the proposed designs are constructible and will maximize safety.
- Making our experience available to the client to assist in evaluating the inevitable adjustments needed for this type of work and providing assistance to reduce the potential for change orders and delays to the construction progress.
- Using our experience to protect the interests of NJ Transit and assisting in ensuring that the contractor adheres to all technical related contract requirements.
- Provide review of contractor proposed value engineering ideas, when requested, with the intent of ensuring that the proposed changes are in the interest of all parties, meeting the project requirements, and can be constructed safely.
