Administrative Assistance – NJ Office

Our Newark, NJ office is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to assist project managers with client invoicing, obtaining certificates of insurance, payroll, word processing and various related duties as assigned.

The candidate applying for this position should meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines
  • Have a high school degree
